Yes we do have tennis rackets and golf clubs.

We do have bikes and helmets.

Is there shopping near by?
There are quite a few shops on the Island - from swimwear to beach equipment to hardware stores - groceries - and right off the Island toward Naples is an outlet mall.

Are there tennis courts?
There are quite a few tennis courts in the area. Some are public playground courts and some are private but charge a nominal fee to use. There is a YMCA on the Island with lighted outdoor courts. We do have tennis rackets.

Are there golf courses on the Island or near by?
There are several golf courses on the Island, but they are private. The public courses are not far off the Island in near by Naples and Fort Meyers. We do have several sets of golf clubs.

Can you fish in the canal?
You can fish in the canal. Our Algonquin home has a dock and boat lift. Our other homes on Abbeville Court and Jamaica Court have sea walls.

What is your payment policy?
We require a 25% retainer fee which is deducted from the rent. There is a 10% tax and a non-refundable $45 insurance fee. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before arrival.

Can we keep a boat at your Algonquin property?

Do you allow smoking in your homes?
We have a 'no smoking' policy within our homes.

Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets in our home. We are considerate to new guests that may have animal allergies.

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am

How far is Naples?
Downtown Naples is about 20 minuets from Marco.

How far are you from the beach?
Our Jamaica Court and Algonquin homes are approximately 2 miles from the beach. Our Abbeville home is less than 1/2 mile - great walking distance.

How many beaches are there on Marco?
There are 2 public beaches/ Tiger Tail and South Beach. Residents Beach is off limits.

What is the closest airport?
Fort Meyers (Regional South West) is the closest airport. Naples has a small private airport. Fort Meyers airport is approximately 45 minutes away.

Can I drive onto the Island and do we have to take a boat?
Yes you can drive. There are several access routes on and off the Island. The Jolly Bridge (Hwy 951) is the main road on and off the Island.
